Complete renovation of Welcome to Des Moines Washington Triangle. Installation of new gateway sign, flag pole, concrete, landscaping.

 This project enhances public access at Marina Park by expanding the swim beach area. Work includes grading, a new retaining wall, accessible concrete ramp, beach sand placement, and landscape restoration to improve safety and recreational use. 

Complete renovation of the main room upgraded women's and men's restrooms, and enhanced exterior features to improve functionality and aesthetics.

 This project involved the development of a new training facility for the Cowlitz Fire District. Scope of work included comprehensive site preparation, installation of a reinforced concrete pad, placement of specialized training containers, and the installation of water storage tanks to support live fire and emergency response drills. 

 This project entailed the complete renovation of ADA-compliant access ramps at Waterville School. The scope of work included demolition of existing structures, formwork and layout, concrete placement, and installation of custom-fabricated hand railings to meet current accessibility standards. 

 This project involved the full renovation of exterior concrete steps and a suspended landing at Waterville School. The scope included demolition of the existing structure, construction of new formwork, concrete placement, and installation of custom hand railings, all completed in compliance with structural and safety standards. 

We designed and constructed picnic shelters, built a basketball court with and accompanying shelter, installed lighting for improved visibility and safety, and developed pickleball courts to enhance community recreation.

Removed and replaced and existing ADA ramp to improve accessibility, safety and compliance with ADA standards. Upgraded materials and design ensure durability and  ease of use for all individuals.
